Issue with Editing Forms

    Hello,

     

    When I try to edit forms, I get the below screen.

    Kindly reattach the screenshot of the issue, seems it wasn't added successfully.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache then log back in to your account to see if this resolves the issue.
