    Guys

I currently have the premium, I did this I believe because I was doing payment gateways, which now we are not using jot forms for that. I want to confirm that if I downgrade to the free, that my active forms will still work. the address link does not have Https;  so is that the difference the "s"?

If you are looking to use payment and ssl submissions on a free plan be advised that this is not recommended. Each of those two features have a limit of just 10 ssl submissions and 10 payment submissions which means your forms will be disabled if you go over the limits unless you stay under that count.

If you already purchased a premium plan but now wish to cancel it your plan would remain active for the time that you currently paid and you would be okay with doing the above for the time being until you are downgraded if so.

I would suggest that you please take a look at our pricing page to see the details and limitations of each plan level.

Currently your Account Usage shows you've only received 1 SSL Submission so far this month.

This means that you are likely using one form via a secured link though we do not track the links on our end other than for usage limits. You would have to go into your forms and figure out which one is using set to use a secured form link.
