    Hi 

    I am John Tutunjian from APGSS our company started an account under Chris Sills who has since left the company.  The person who replaced Chris Sills one Justin Hortelo has also moved on...we are tying to retrieve all the trouble tickets and the folders are empty furthermore when we enter a test nothing is coming across can you please contact me as soon as possible so we can rectify thanks john

    Hi,

    If you could let us know the form the form you are having trouble with, we can check to see which account they are associated with and what may be causing it to not send notifications.  The account you are posting from currently seems to be a new account with a single incomplete form.

    Let us know what you can and we will see what we can find.
