I am collecting info from mentors spending time with their mentees. Is there a way to export data into a prepared excel document (or other form) with formulas already prepared? Thus not having to add the formulas each time?

Hello GRIPOutreach. I have changed the title of your question from "How to add up columns" to "How to export data into a prepared excel document with embedded formula"
The only possible thing I could think of is have your prepared excel document that will collect data from the area which you can simply paste the copied data from the downloaded excel file.
Example: Your Sheet 1 should have all the output and the formula for your data that will be collected from Sheet 2. Now, download your excel file from your submissions page, open the downloaded file, copy the contents and paste it to Sheet 2 of your prepared excel file.
But, if you're looking for a way how to download the excel file with the embedded formulas, unfortunately, this is not yet possible within JotForm's features.
