    How do I create a list of questions based on a dropdown?

    Basically I have a question that, based on the answer, I would like a subset of questions to either appear or not appear. If the subset of questions does appear, then they are presented with 3 options from which to choose which then allows them to answer questions within those opsions.


    It is not as complicated as it sounds.

    I used conditional formatting to make it so that if they click the last answer in the first option, then the last three questions show up. And if they click the correct answer in that question set, the right fields show up to fill in.

    However if they click one of the first two options, then just the set of fillable fields from the question subset shows up when instead it should be completel blank under tha question if they pick the first two answers.
