Need more direction to update the Florida Theatre Conference account?

    I have logged in to the Florida Theatre Conference account and followed the direction to click on the Person icon and then clicked on the Account tab.  This took me to a page that does not look like the layout listed on your help page. There are only 5 icons on the left, not the six on the layout page.  I did click on the TICKET icon and got a page that looks like the My Plan page, however, there are no buttons at the bottom of that page Next billing date, or the box below that which reads- Payment Method/Credit Card. And no box on the lower right which says EDIT.  Can you please send me the answer. Thank you, Steve Bayless- Executive Director of the Florida Theatre Conference.

    I believe you are referring to the steps provided on this guide:

    If you tried to apply it to your account username FloridaTheatre727, it will only show 5 tabs(no billing tab) because this account is a free account:

    On the other hand, you will find the six tabs if login with your account username: FloridaTheatreConference
