I keep getting an unformatted page when I tried to load any of the forms. I cannot access the information of who has completed the form, and it is needed for an event tonight! Help!

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the form is not loading correctly on your PC? Do you see any error message while trying to access the submissions? Could you try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.
If the issue still persists, please get back to us with screenshot of the issue so that we can guide you in the right direction.
