Why has be account been downgraded without warning?

    Why has be account been downgraded without warning? I paid for a unlimited life time account.

    We never offered life time subscription. You must be confusing with another service.

    You had yearly subscription but since your credit card expired your it did not work so your account was downgraded. You can re-upgrade here:

    I was a very early user of jotform when I believe this account was offered but as you say I might be mistaken.

    I do resent being cut off without warming as I pushed hard with colleagues to continue to use Jotform as I liked the way it presented results of feed back forms. I feel you have offered detractors a case against my position to stick with JotForm.

    I've just upgraded and it now offers a limit of 1000 submissions! It was unlimited till today and I know this was certainly the case.

    This makes me feel my initial impression that I had bought a lifetime account may be valid.

    I am sorry to hear you did not get the notification emails. Plimus was supposed to send emails to you on September 13th, 14th, 15th and today. I received them from on my end. Their emails get stuck on spam filters a lot. So, I added our todo list to also send an email to from our own servers.
