Why are our forms disabled?

My form is disabled. We are gathering our customers data so we can input them on our cafe server database when we close our shop. My internet cafe is shifting from truecafe to PanCafe Pro. We are trying to avoid customers from needing to signup manually on our Server PC's. We do not want our customers to see our Till (cash Register), we do not want them to know the exact locations of each hidden CCTV. Your phishing detector is really pissing us off. You should have a different way of avoiding phishing because these is also affecting legal activities. Looks like I will have to ruin your reputation with our circle of internet cafe's because We are not pretty happy with your approach. When i say ruin your image, it means, we will tell other cafe's and business establishment that your service sucks, I'm already pissed off.

As mentioned on the other thread, I personally do not think that when there is some issue or if you are looking to be treated in a different manner than everyone else, due to your specific needs, it is a good time to use such words and make threats.

Seeing that you have posted on several threads and looking at their content, it is clearly shown that you knew that you should not add a password field to your form or it would be suspended, yet you went ahead and still added the field.

Now in regards to your post. You say that you - as a business - have decided to upgrade your cafe management software. You have also stated that you have selected PanCafe Pro and that you do not want others to see your CCTVs.

These are all business decisions just like our terms of use are ours.

This is same as if we are asking you to disclose locations of your CCTVs publicly since we need it for a legally allowed matter - an action that you would not do simply because many people with bad intent could misuse this to their own benefit.

I hope that you understand what I am trying to say, but if you have any questions, comments on that or if you would like to change the approach that you would take with the form, feel free to update us about it here, on this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/632430) and we would be happy to see how this can be resolved.
