    Hello,

I am looking for a replacement for Contact Form 7 on my Wordpress site: http://authoritynutrition.com/

I've tested your form and it works very well. However, the subject line in the email I get is "New Submission: Untitled Form"

How can I change it so that it says "Contact Form: [subject]" and that the subject text box in the form becomes the [subject] in the title of the email?

Also, is it possible to change it so that when I hit "reply" on an email from JotForm, that it replies to the sender's submitted email instead of noreply@jotform.com?

    Thanks,
    Kris

Yes, all of that is possible, Kris. :)

You will need to edit your existing Email Notification. To access it, open your form in the Form Builder, and then go Setup & Embed > Emails > Notification.

To change the title to have the entry from your Subject field, simply use the name of that field in the Subject line of the notification. In your case, the name of this field is {subject}, so we can use Contact Form: {subject} as the title.

When that is done, click on the Reply-To and Recipient Settings button below to set up further options.

Set Sender Name to Name, please leave Sender Email as noreply@jotform.com, and set the Reply-to Email to the Email field of your form.
