    Hello Sam,

Thank you for your interest on JotForm.

Jotform runs on high security with very powerful cloud servers in SSAE16 Audited facilities which provides security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks.

If you use SSL/secure form URL to accept submission, the data transferred from your browser to our server will also be secure. We support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

In addition, if you want your submissions to be more secure, we have also recently launched encrypted forms. By using this feature, you will have a private key which only you can open the form responses. You can learn more about this feature on this article.

In terms of hacked/lost accounts, we haven't had a case of accounts getting lost or getting hacked. Our technically adept and critical thinking support staff are often (if not always) on stand by to handle user related concerns in handing assistance for your forms or for account-related matters.

We also have a number of developers updating and fixing bugs immediately if in any case bugs are found or reported.

With regards to your planned registration form, can you please verify if your purpose is to collect data or are you planning to use this as a sign-up for creating an online account and logging in?  This is because we do not accept forms that are to be used as sign-up forms for online account creation. By doing such, we are strict into suspending accounts due to abuse used by possible malicious activities of users.

Please do let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
