Problems displaying form correctly on Iphone browserAsked by muggybay on August 08, 2015 at 11:45 AM
I have built my form and looks good on muggybay.com
(although I still need help testing it and syncing up with mailchimp and stripe.)
Here is an issue I can not figure out why it is happening when looking at my form on iphone.
The form is built with 3 sections (with page breaks)
1) General name, address, phone and email.
2) Coffee Selections
3) Checkout and Shipping
When you look at #1 and #2 above on iphone they are cut off. the complete form does
not display correctly. You have to scroll left to right.
And #3 above displays correctly. No scroll left to right.
What did I do wrong? How do I fix the issue of #1 and #2 not display correctly when viewed
ALSO:I do need to address the mailchimp and stripe testing that form works. Any advice
would be appreciated.
Follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure to clean/clear first any previous script embed code of the form on your web page before adding the iframe embed code to avoid any script issue.
Then check again everything on your iphone browser if everything is working as it should.
Please let us know if issue is not resolve.
