I have a contact form that's been created Click HERE.  I would simply like the contact form on the page CLICK HERE to mimic it.  I couldn't figure out how to adjust the width of the text fields and the font and shadow affect.

    Thanks!

By the way, I've created this new form so that I'd know what are the changes being made to it.

Basically, the following is changed in the form:

    a. Keep all input fields the same in terms of the width. Adjusted through Form Layout tab in the designer.

    b. Remove the labels through the Label Styles, still in the form designer.

    c. Added some custom CSS codes for the styling. If you will clone the form, you will see the following:

You will see the comments or usage above each set of codes.

If you have questions, please let us know here.

    Thanks
