Form runs slow, submit button not working

    My form was running smoothly and fast. All of a sudden it is running very slowly. Calendar datepicker dropdown on first field is taking upwards of 3.5 seconds to drop down. Although form works, once it gets to the submit button, it just shows "Please Wait..." and doesn't jump to the thankyou page as it used to.

    I've tried cloning the form and flushing cache (and restarting browser & computer) but still running VERY slowly.

    Managed to fix submit button problem, found a broken condition. Form is still running very slowly though.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test your form and did not find any issue with that. Your form seems to work as expected and did not seems to be slow. Please check the screenshot below:
