URGENT - Forms are suddenly broken, show incomplete values list on submission

I need this fixed urgently as all of my business relies on your payment forms.

All of my payment forms have broken. They have decided that hiding required fields does not stop them from being required. It appears that your conditional logic has broken suddenly. I have cleared my form and browser caches, tested my forms on several browsers, and re-embedded my forms (as both source code and iFrames). This has not solved the problem.

I rely on JotForm/Paypal payment forms for all of my business. I have been using these same forms (cloning and re-cloning) for months without any issues, until now. I already have customers contacting me asking why their web-store isn't working so this needs to be fixed ASAP.
