I'm writing to you on behalf of one of your French user (Jacques Chimits for the website ticketprint.com). He has subscribed to your form via plimus.com and he's been using this service for a few years without problem. But this month the charge of 9.95 has failed twice and after calling plimus and gave them a new credit card number, it has also failed.
At Plimus they can't give us any explanation and my friend is afraid the service will be stopped;
Could you try to help us please.

Yeah, I see the subscription payment has failed. Unfortunately, we dont get given any reason as to why payments fail either.
Is Jacques sure his address details are correct on Plimus?
Is resubscribing via paypal an option?
We have until January 14th before we have any concerns about the account getting automatically downgraded, so there is no need to panic as yet.
