How to allow users to dynamically add form fields for multiple entries?

Part of my form asks the form filler to give us information on their business.

I want the main form to only show one business, but some people have more than one.  Is there a way to add a box / checklist / something that allows each form filler to add as many business sections as they need?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want your users to be able to add multiple business information with all the data you are currently asking in your form?

You may like to take a look at our "Configurable list" or "Matrix Dynamique" widget and see if it fits into your requirement.
