    Unable to receive new submissions on Google Sheets Integration

    Hello

    New Submissions are not appearing in the Google Sheet.

    I have tried re-integrating and subsequent new submissions are not appearing.

    This causes significant issues for us.  Appreciate your urgent assistance.

    Hi,

    I've tested Google Spreadsheet integration right now and it seems to be working.

    May I know if you are editing the Spreadsheet? Perhaps changing the column names to adding new ones? If you do, it will probably break the integration. We advise that you do not make extensive changes on it. If you need to edit it, you can try using the ImportRange function to a separate spreadsheet and reference the integrated spreadsheet there. 

    Also, please do take note that when you re-integrate Google Spreadsheet, it will create a new spreadsheet but will load all the existing submissions of the form. The old spreadsheet will remain in your Google Drive but won't receive submissions anymore.

    Hello

    We are a very sophisticated user.  Your response is related to elementary basic use.

    Your app stopped inserting new enquirers into Google sheets from 8/8/15.  You can see others have lodged tickets too and are affected n the same way.

    We reintegrated and it did not resolve the issue.   

    However, it did start to insert enquirers again around 2 hours ago.

    It causes major issues for us when it does not insert into Google sheets (as it seems to for other too).

    Please can you look into what caused your outage and try to stop it from happening in the future.

    Apologies the trouble that this might have caused you. It might be a temporary problem with the integration. But let me check in our maintenance team if there were any updates or changes that were made earlier that caused this problem. We'll get back to you as soon as we get any information on this.

    Hi,

    I just got word from our developer. There was an adjustment made with regards to the API integration for the number of counts that may have caused some delay in receiving the submissions in the spreadsheet, everything has been fixed now as reported by them. But please do monitor it and should you experienced the problem again, please let us know.

    Hello

    Submissions have stopped inserting into Google spreadsheets again.  The insertions stopped at 10pm 10th Aug (Perth, AU, time).

    Thanks for the update, hopefully you can resolve it ASAP.

    It causes significant issues when you integration is broken.
