password chage was successfully done but the login password doesn't recognize the new password.

    I have cleared you account's form cache, kindly clear you browser cache then try changing the password again.

    Do you mean IE cache? I did that and still can't change password.

    It appeared different message after trying to change the password.

    Yes the IE cache, what message are you receiving when trying to change the password?

    Kindly try the procedure using chrome or firefox, you can also use the forgot password feature as an alternative, kindly let us know of the outcome
