    Quantity displays wrong value when sent to 2CheckOut

    Hi there,

    I have setup a form on http://businessbreakfastdubai.com/ with a Jotform  - 2co integration

    It seems to be working fine with a variable product field that changes the amount, however, when I get to the 2checkout page, it shows quantity only one and just increases the unit price amount. As it's multiple products (in this case, tickets), the quantity should go up, not the unit price.

    If you see the screenshot, I have selected 5 from the drop down but when I get to this page, it just changes the amount, not the quantity.

    Otherwise this is a lot of confusion on the invoice

    Please help us out with this

    To my understanding basically your jotform payment integration's "quantity" isn't updating appropriately for 2CheckOut.

    I tested this on both your form on your website and a standalone version and I found I am able to confirm there is an issue. The price updates properly but the quantity as you said does not. Also, I checked your form payment configurations but you appear to have it set up correctly.

    I've sent a bug report about this problem to have our developers look into getting this fixed as soon as possible and then we'll update you here.

    Hi there,

    Any update on this? It's been two weeks since I raised the issue and it's quite troublesome for our accounts. We have our event in 2 weeks so a lot of payments will be coming through over this period
