I'm looking at upgrading our account ASAP and I see "Sub User Accounts" in the pricing. What is a "Sub User Account"?

Sub-User Accounts are normal JotForm Account owned and maintained by a JotForm user. It only becomes a Sub-User account if it was invited to become one by the Main account and it accepted the invitation. A Main Account becomes a Main Account, however, if it has shared its forms to another account(Sub-User). Meaning, every account can be turned into a Main Account and/or Sub-User account.

Sub-User can be invited using the email address on their JotForm account. Then, they will receive an email to confirm the invitation that another JotForm user wants to share his/her forms with them.

Now, if an email address that is not used to an existing JotForm account is invited to become a Sub-User account, it will still receive an invitation and it will be asked to create a JotForm Account. That Sub-User account will remain as a Sub-user account with no capability to create its own forms, it can only view or edit forms shared by the Main Account as permitted. It may, however, have the capability to create forms of its own, if it will subscribe to a Free Subscription.

Here's a guide on how you can share your forms to a different account and make that account your Sub-User.

I hope this helps. Should you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know and we will be glad to help you anytime. Thank you.
