form submissions are not all coming through to the dedicated email attached. How can we fix this?

    I have created forms and the submissions should forward to an email address, this is happening sporadically.  How can we fix this?

    I checked our email logs for the address in your most recent form "" and it looks like your most recent notifications were failing to be delivered.  The failed deliveries resulted in your address being placed in our bounce list.  It looks like your service was marking the notifications as spam due to your subject:

    Changing the subject line of your notifications should prevent this from happening again.

    I removed your address from our bounce list and the notifications should be sent from our end once again.  I am not sure which form has that subject for the notifications but if it is not changed, your service will continue to block them and you would likely be placed on our bounce list again.
