We are already on a paid subscription, I presume we get this as a locked in price?

I checked your account and it does not look like you have an active subscription. I could not find any previous subscriptions associated with your account either. If you have an active subscription prior to the price increase, you will indeed lock in the lower rate. However, it appears as though you do not currently have a subscription.
