I am using the authorize.net premade template payment form.
I would like to make a couple of changes within the form itself, but when I go to the form designer, it appears locked; I can only add fields above the form or below it (except for product fields which automatically go to the top within the form).
At the least, I would like to add text within the form (as a heading to a group of products).
At the most, I would like to add text fields - in order so that they may provide a shipping address, if different - within the form.
Is there a way to do either or both of these?
Again, I do not wish to add fields above and below the premade form - as I know this can be done - but within it.

Hello Paul, all you have to do is to drag and drop the fields into the form.
For example, I was able to modify the template in the way you are looking for, here is my attempt:

But let's say I wanted to put a heading or text just above a product that I added to the form (let's say the second one down in the example you did).
It won't allow me to do this and for my purposes, this is what I need to do. Try it and you will see what I mean. Is there a solution for this?

Is this something you are looking for?

No, it is not.
Again, in the first example you did, let's say I wanted to insert the text "Sponsorship Opportunities" (don't want a header, just the text) above the line " New Product 3 $ 75.00 USD" how would I do this (again try itself yourself in designer and you will see that you can't)?113

If I have understood you correctly, you are looking to add headers and sub headers to the items on your payment form, so that these headers and sub headers are still part of the payment processing tool - in your case Authorize.net integration.
For this I would suggest taking a look at the following guide:
Each will show you a different way to achieve similar effect, but the most important thing to note is that we are here, so if you have any issues setting it up and have some screenshot of how it should look, or can describe it to us, we would be happy to help you set it all up as per your preferences :)
