The recent email sent to answer my question about updating our account information stated that instead of using the FloridaTheatre727 username, I should use FloridaTheatreConference. When I go to jot forms it automatically brings up the FloridaTheatre727 account and I do not see how to enter the FloridaTheatreConference login. Without logging into to the FloridaTheatreConference login I cannot access the billing information page to update our account credit card and user. Please give me help!

It seems that your browser is either automatically logging you in with your credentials for FloridaTheatre727 account, or that you may not be logging out of your account.
To log out of your current account, please click on the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of your screen, and click on the Logout link.
After you have logged out, you should go to our login page: http://www.jotform.com/login
On the login page, please use the username and password of the account you wish to log into - FloridaTheatreConference
If by any chance you do not remember the password for this other username, you can use the Forgot Password link just above the Sign In button.
