How can I have check box answers in separate columns in Excel.

    In the survey below, Question 10 allows multiple options to be checked.

    If I select more than 1 and then export the submissions into an excel spreadsheet all the selected options for this question are in the same column.

    What I would like to do is for these type of questions there is a separate column for each option which contains the option name if selected and is blank if that option is not selected.

    This way I can count the number of people who have selected a particular option.

    Is there a way I can do this in the form Design?

    I think I have explained it in the attached screenshot but happy to provide more info if needed.

    Hi Neil,

    Unfortunately, that's not possible with Jotform. However, you can do that over excel as I have explained on this thread. This should help. If you have further questions or if you need clarifications about this, feel free to post it here.
