How can I share my form without it being loaded on our websiteAsked by agapeadventures on August 10, 2015 at 11:19 AM
With Forms Central I used to be able to share our form with candidates via email and then they completed the form online. It was not loaded onto our website. It is a reference form so we need to be able to email it to people. I can't see a "share" option on the forms to enable me to do this, please can you advise?
In jotform, all saved forms has an url. If you click to preview button, the popup window show the specific url. With copying the url you can share the form via email.
In addition to what @1ow4 has said you can also email link to your users directly from our interface.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
My screen does not show the same as what you have posted. I do not have a bar with those items. I would love to use your email feature and imbed the link ... I do not have a paid subscription... is this why my page shows differently from Jotform? TIA.
Please be noted that every feature is available for all types of subscriptions except for free users are restricted on receiving more submissions, more storage, sub-users, etc. Please go through the guide below for detailed instructions with graphical representations on using Email embed link.
Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
You can reach that screen by first clicking on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar and then clicking on "Embed Form" button:
