How can I Show only Related Fields for a Specialized Selection

    Need  to display, only one specialization per Profession, but as I adding on the conditions limits me to specialization. How can I complete this.

    To my understanding you mean that you want to show|hide certain fields based on the selected profession field on your jotform.

    To do this you can just set it to limit that per the mentioned for multiple fields. Please see http://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once for additional information.
