Unable to dowlonad the attached file(s) by clicking on the link provided in the email

Hi, 

Every time we try to open an attachment from an email form we get this error message: 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '%' in /www/v3/builds/1e9a7ff3f69e8cdc2e9e4a72f5ba684d51e73dc3/opt/BandwidthPolice.php on line 36

Please advise?

Thank you for reporting this to us. We have already notified our developers and they are looking into the issue.

Since I see that you are on jotform.us domain, the issue is intermittent so you might experience issue downloading the files at this time, but it might also work for you.

This is only happening temporary as our developers are resolving this at this time.

Do however let us know how it goes.

Just to mention, you should be able to download the submitted files, every time, from your Submissions Panel.

This should now be fixed.  My apologies.  Let us know if you have any further trouble downloading your attachments from the links in your notifications and we will be happy to have another look.
