Parse Error: Cannot download uploaded attachments from form submission

    Hello...I'm having trouble downloading attachments from entries submitted through the form. 

    When I click on the attachment in the email notification, this is the message I get:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '%' in /www/v3/builds/1e9a7ff3f69e8cdc2e9e4a72f5ba684d51e73dc3/opt/BandwidthPolice.php on line 36

    Our developers say that the issue is resolved, but that it might take a bit of time for the changes to propagate over all servers, so you should be able to download the files at this time, but if you still have these issues, please do let us know and we will be happy to raise this to our developers for you for further inspection.
