Right now, I capture a customer's order details and contact/shipping information and send the request via Jotform email to the website owner.   He wants to capture and receive the customer's credit card information SECURELY as well.  Is there any way to do this?  I see that I could upgrade to use SSL forms to capture the data, but how could I get it securely to my website owner?

I have many Jotforms for which I want to do this.  One is: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=51033978494161

    Hi,

We actually do not allow for the collection of credit card details directly in the form.  Though this can be done securely, especially with encrypted submissions, we still do not allow it due to possible phishing.  Our automated phishing detector will likely suspend your form if you add credit card data fields to your form.

If you need to authorize a card for payment, I would recommend using the payment authorization feature:
