I like your service, but I cannot use PDF files in my application. I need to save form data as a plain text file, either comma or pipe delimited. I have the email formatted the way I want it, but my need is to send verification codes to my servers via a website.

Thank you for posting your inquiry. Right now, there is no option available for saving as plain text when you activate the DropBox-JotForm integration. But you can convert these PDF submissions into txt files by the following methods:
A. Save as Text method - In your Adobe Reader, go to File > Save as Text... to save the file as txt file.
B. Using 3rd party software - there are several PDF to TXT converters available for free. Some even offer batch conversion so that you can convert multiple PDF files at once, therefore saving you time and effort. When I googled for such programs, here's what I got:
We hope you still find these workarounds helpful. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm!
