unable to open pdf from a completed form email

    Hi
    I am getting the following error
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '%' in /www/v3/builds/6b54a2988cd90ec2987a1b1498fd07b848829721/opt/BandwidthPolice.php on line 36

    This is from the following Suppliers technical questionaire

    Please can you help as we are unable to open the uploaded files

    Hi,

    We were having an issue a bit ago with the download links in email notifications.  This has been fixed but there are still a few issues with certain domains.  Replacing the jotformz or any other domain with jotform.com or jotformpro.com should allow for the downloads to work until we get this fully sorted.  The files can also be directly downloaded from the submission view in your account:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    If the links still aren't working on your end, let us know and we will take another look.
