Hello! The main form we use with you guys is arriving in our e-mailbox, but when we click on the dropbox file links it only opens up a blank window, and nothing starts downloading. We have tried multiple systems and browsers.. Please advise, this form is a crucial part of our site.

Do you mean to say that you are experiencing issues with the links from the Drop Box or the links received on your email? As I check, the downloads from the Submissions view seems to be working fine. Please confirm that the files uploaded are also storing in your DropBox. Could you provide more information on the issue so that we can guide you in the right direction?
