    form disabled

    Asked by Troop_402 on December 18, 2011 at 09:06 AM

    HI,

    I am doing a test on the form, so I send it to myself.  I fill it out and submit.  A message comes up saying that the form has been disabled...

    Suggestions?

    Thanks,

    @ravi28

    Your account contains a form used for phishing. We do not tolerate illegal online activities, so we cannot lift the suspension on your account.

    Hello Tamaraloves,

    Your form contains fields that asks for the IMVU username and password in exchange of giving credits.  Thus using as a form for phishing.

    We cannot reactivate such account as the form violates the terms and conditions of use of JotForm.

    I dont have any forms that would be considered phishing and yet all my forms have been disabled! How do I get my account back to "normal"?

    Why cant users complete my form?

    i read some more on the top and it says you cannot ask for passwords but my form contains stuff me and my team created, the beta password is something we use to see if they are in fact beta testers for my teams software production, if that is the reason my form cannot work.
