My form Daily patrol report is not forwarding.
How can i fix this issue.

Do you have problems with receiving Email Notifications?
I have submitted your form and I have checked our email log and I saw that submission was sent successfully.
You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:
Also your Email address is not in bounce list.
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
