programmatic download

    Hi,

    I am testing a special environment for automatic download and further processing. As part of my debug I had to download a file multiple times.

    I think I got blocked by you.

     

    I would like to offer the service I am building to my customers but I have to be able to test it before.

    I have checked you account and it is okay it has not been suspended.

    How is your application interfacing with jotform also what message are you receiving in the case of download failure.

    You can also take a look at our API and how you can leverage it in your system

    Strange behavior: on my server the download does not work. When I change the first part of the url from jotform.me to jotform.com it works

    On what domains are you form URLS generated for, you can confirm this by using the embed wizard then checking the sharable direct URL domain, this will be the domain you need to use for your form.

    Ideally you can also stick with the .com domain
