URGENT!!!! Year payment upfront

    Ive just recieved the below email....

    Of course there is no record of subscription payment for the last year!!!! We paid upfront!!!

    Can not believe you have downgraded our account to a free version without telling us or invoicing us for the next year!?

    Let's hope that our account can be put back to normal ASAP to avoid our customers becoming very annoyed due to their forms being down.

    Please let me know when the years subscription ended!







    We don't have record of any subscription payment from you in over a year. I have downgraded your account to 'Free' status.

    Your account doesnt downgrade until tomorrow. 

    We have had no payment since December of last year, a Monthly Premium subscription.
