sign in not working

    I am a Premium member but when I try to sign in the page does not respond. Clicking does nothing from the main page sign in or from the sign in page.

    What operating system and browser you are using? Could you try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.

    Also, please try logging into your JotForm account using a different browser. Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help.
