To confirm, are you having problems opening the file attachments on your form submissions? Is it directly in your email notification or in the submissions page?
We received reports that there is an intermittent problem on downloading file attachments in submissions. Could you confirm if this is the same issue you are having?

We are unable to open the pictures from the email. The client received the submission notice via email and has been able to click the link and view the images. They are now not able to do so.
We were having some issues earlier with links from certain domains throwing a parsing error. This has since been fixed. For the links from previous notifications, try right clicking on them and opening them in a new tab. That should allow the file to download. This links should be working, it seems the pop-up upon clicking the links for some files may not be.
