I'm trying to figure out how to assign shorter names to certain questions in my form to make them more digestable in a report.
For example, I have the following question in my form:
Would you be comfortable having a follow-up call in English?
... but in my report I would prefer it to show up as "English?" -> (Yes/Maybe/No).
How can I go about doing this?

The field labels are forwarded to reports as they are in the form. There is not currently a way to edit the format of the output to reports. Using shortened labels along with sub-labels, hint text pop-ups or inline hint text to supplement the shortened label would be your best bet:
