I'd like to switch my account to a Premium annual subscription rather than the current monthly, using different credit card info. Could you please downgrade my account back to Free, so that I can then purchase the annual Premium version?

I switched your contract to yearly subscription. Next month, you will be charged for the next year. No action is needed on your part.

Thank you for the response, however I need to change the credit card info as it's someone else in our company who'll be paying for the annual subscription.
I don't want the current credit card to be charged for the subscription.

You can change your credit card info by logging into your Plimus account. You will need to find out your Plimus username (a long string of numbers) from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email.
That will reset your password and you can then login there to change the CC details.
If you cannot do that, I can cancel your subscription and you can re-subscribe with the new CC.

I can't login to Plimus - none of the numbers in the order email work for me. Can you please cancel my subscription, I'll then re-subscribe using different CC.

Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be changed again. Your account will stay Premium until November 16th. Then you an re-upgrade with a different payment option.
