How to be able to name a form as it gets emailed?

    We own a landscaping company and have been using these job forms.  They are working great, but wondering if there is a way that our employees can title each form with the different customers name so that when the job form comes into our email we can tell the difference between them.

    Also wondering if there is a way to archive them on the website or in our account with jot form?

    Add the tag: {name} to your notification email. This name tag may be different depending on how you added the form. Check the side bar for the field where your clients enter their names and click that entry.

    I looked into your answer but i'm unsure as to where to find that option.  Could you elaborate further?
