    Why is my custom formatting on my notification emails being lost?

    I have taken the time to create custom layouts to my email notifications using tables with fonts, styles and sizes. When I get the notification all the font formatting is lost. Why is this? How do I keep it?

    Can you also check if perhaps your email reader is treating the email message as "regular" text only. It is possible that your email client (reader) was set to open the messages on "Text-Only" format. 

    This will make the rich-text formatted email message to be opened without the font styles, sizes and any formatting on it.

    I already checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/51746232308149 and I can see the Notifier on it to be customized and using formatted styles and fonts.


    I made a cloned version of your form, and made a test submission to check the resulting email.

    On my email, the formatting styles appears as it was in the Notification template



    So the transformation could only be happening on your email reader.
