not receiving email notifications

    Hello, 

    on several of my forms, after a user completes them.  I am not receiving any notification emails. Its this form that I seem to be having the most trouble with: Parker Landing Child Development Center Enrollment Form

    Any ideas would help

    Your @aol.com address was in our bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:F2) This message failed DMARC Evaluation because neither DKIM or SPF aligned with the policy provided by the From domain.


    Please make sure that the sender email address is set rather than leaving the fields as "Please Select"

    My recommendation would be to define the Sender E-mail : noreply@jotform.com or  noreply@formresponse.com
