on several of my forms, after a user completes them. I am not receiving any notification emails. Its this form that I seem to be having the most trouble with: Parker Landing Child Development Center Enrollment Form
Any ideas would help

Please make sure that the sender email address is set rather than leaving the fields as "Please Select"
My recommendation would be to define the Sender E-mail : email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
