Currently I have the free 100 submissions per month. Does all 100 submissions now include the secure forms format?

On a free plan, you can have up to 100 regular, non-secure submissions. You can have only 10 secure SSL submissions, or 10 payments through your forms per month on a free plan.

So if you are asking about receiving SSL Submissions, you can have only 10 per month.

If you are asking about receiving encrypted submissions on the other hand, you can receive all 100 of your standard submissions as encrypted. Please note that you will need to have your private key in order to view any encrypted submissions, and that there are limitations to the features that are available for encrypted submissions.
