Hi, I seem to be having issues with the text area editor 'rich text' feature.
Basically, I need users to be able to send in articles/news stories.
I have had a few complain that it doesn't seem very user friendly, some have requested a preview feature perhaps, so they can see what they have put together.
The main problem I find, is that hyperlinks never seem to come through correctly at my end when they submit the story. Sometimes it is all linked, or I will have some kind of link code. Other times it seems to give the wrong link and its a jotform type link.
Perhaps I could use a different Jotform plugin?
Just wondering if you guys have any ideas on this?
Thanks!
Andrew

I have logged into your account, Andrew, and I believe that I see the issue that you are describing.
On the Submissions page only, we seem to not be able to properly render your submitted text:
I have checked the entered data by going to Edit submissions (I had cancelled, no edits have been made), and it appears correctly there:
I have also used the Get PDF function on the submissions page, and the downloaded PDF files have a very nice formatting:
The issue seems to be limited to the submissions page only, and displays great on exported submissions, and exported PDF. I have raised this issue to our developers, and we will let you know through this thread if we have any news regarding this issue.
As a workaround until this is resolved, I would advise you to use the PDF of your submissions. You can download them from the submissions page, or you can include them as attachments in your Email Notifications. Thank you.

Hello,
We have also improved link handling in text-areas so that values should be rendered correctly.
Thank you very much
