Integration disconnection

Hi we've experienced a disconnection from our integration link between Jotform and Google Sheets. In this example a person visits our website, fills out the form which in turn automatically submits us an email and populates a Google Sheets document with the same information as collected by Jotform database.

However, in at least three recent forms we've seen emails come through from customers and on Jotform's own database, but not on our Google Sheets document.

Is there any issues outstanding with integrations as yet?

I have disconnected and reconnected integrations with Google Sheets, but have still seen the same problem arise.
