    c) After completing a survey/test a results form must be e-mailed to consultant - see screenshot attachment UPDATE: Cannot attach file - it is 700kb - Let me know if I must e-mail it. The form must however consist of a graphical analysis of the results, there will be some calculations on data i.t.o allocating a value to the answer and determining the % score. There must also be a graph on this form indicating the answer spread. Can Google Sheets help here - but then only information from a company or consultant must be visible.

You can email the attachment to support@jotform.com it will be helpful in clarifying the requirement.

Will the collected data originate from one form or it is from many sources.

If it is on one form you can use our report tools to generate a visual report which can then be exported as PDF and emailed

You can also use google spreadsheets to generate a visual report

Hello Sammy, I will mail the form. I am seeing if Google Sheets can bring a solution. The data is from 2 sources.

    Thanks
