Hi, we have another account to edit and create forms, just a few day ago this user created two forms and was published, but, I only receipt a mails of insertions and nothing about data in the sends (reports in the form)
maybe we missing something to config?
Please can you help me?

My forms are "Control de pagos" en "Historia Clinica", it's a weird case, we are receiving submissions by email that aren't reflected in the reports!

Which reports are the submissions not be included in, the submission view of your account?
There seems to be the correct number of submissions in your account for the "Control de pagos" for how many emails were sent for submissions though the form. As far as I can tell, there are the correct number for submissions in your account.
